Materials:

20g (2⁄3oz) grey sugarpaste

Small amount of black sugarpaste

Tools:

Thin palette knife

Sharp pointed scissors

Drinking straw

Cocktail stick

Instructions:

1 To make the flippers, make two small cones and flatten slightly. Mark the wide end with a knife.

2 Roll the rest of the paste to form a long carrot shape.

3 Cut into the pointed end using the scissors to form the tail. Flatten it slightly. Roll the other end between your fingers to form a head. With the tail on the work surface, bend the body upwards.

4 Mark the lower part of the face with a drinking straw to form the cheeks, and add dots with a cocktail stick to look like whiskers. Mark the tail with a knife.

5 Attach the front flippers.

6 Stick on a small black triangle for the nose, and two small black eyes.
